FAQ & Shipping Policies

When will my order ship?

Please give 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. if you order on a Thursday or Friday, I most likely will pack/ship order the following Sunday/Monday. I run this shop alone on top of my other obligations and projects, so your patience is very much appreciated!

Shipping may also take a little longer than usual due to the pandemic and USPS policy changes heavily impacting the postal service. Please allow additional days for delivery. 

I recommend placing an order ahead of time if you are buying a gift or have a deadline (event, birthday, etc). Please do not order if you are in a rush! 

Do you ship internationally?

Due to COVID-19, VAT tax, stricter EU shipping laws, and the constantly changing global situation, I only offer U.S./domestic shipping and to a few select countries.

Shipping is now open to Australia and Canada! International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Any changes will be announced on the main page or on social media. I apologize for the inconvenience!

Do you refund, accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges, however, if your package is damaged or I accidentally packed the wrong items, please send me an email at annettispaghettishop@gmail.com

In order to protect my small business from scammers, I cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages, especially if they have been marked as delivered. 

Even in rare, special cases, refunds are not possible without the return of the product.

Where is my package/my package is lost!

Recent years have been really difficult for shipping since the postal service is overloaded and working well over capacity. This has led to both shipping delays and misdeliveries. USPS is also notorious for marking packages as "delivered" before they are actually delivered, so I recommend waiting a few days for it to turn up before contacting your local post office where they can find the GPS coordinates of the exact location of where your package was delivered.

If it is actually lost, in order to solve this problem appropriately, first a case needs to be opened with the USPS. You can do so at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Please understand that, as the seller of your item, I did everything I could to get this package to you safe and sound. I shipped it with the correct, given shipping address on time so that it would deliver in the delivery window USPS set for your order. However, once I drop the package off at the post office, it's out of my hands. I am happy to help you resolve this matter, but as a small shop, please understand that I am limited in what I can do. I require proof/screenshots that you have contacted USPS (and the police if that route is needed) and they have confirmed your package as lost.

Theft is a serious issue, and I also recommend contacting your local police department to make a report.

I accidentally put the wrong address for my order!

Please make sure to have a valid shipping address and double check your details before placing an order. (Name must match the address. If you do not live at the shipping address, please don't put your name on the address. I have had items unfortunately returned to me for this reason). I cannot cancel your order if it has already shipped.

Please send an email at annettispaghettishop@gmail.com with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, I can add the correct information for your order. If an address looks incomplete, I will do my best to reach out to you for the correct address.

* I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, items shipped to the wrong address. I cannot offer refunds for lost items or for shipping expenses. I cannot stress this enough. *

How do I wash and take care of the apparel?

*Turn inside out and machine wash cold with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Use mild detergent if possible.

*Tumble dry low or hang T-Shirt/lay flat to dry. Only iron T-Shirt inside out or between 2 pieces of cloth if necessary (no steam or applying moisture). 

*Do not dry clean or use fabric softener (these will cause fading, cracking, and staining)

Can I order a single pin or sticker from a set?

Unfortunately, no, it's not economic for me to sell single pins or stickers unless I am at in-person event/convention or I have purposefully listed single stickers, which is why I sell them in sets online. I can't make any exceptions to this rule if I want to survive as a small artist. Thank you for understanding!
